1 - We are doing Pre Order and Ready Stocks.
2 - All the price ARE FIXED and NOT NEGOTIABLE.
3 - All price are NOT include postage, all send out by Skynet or Pos Laju.
4 - After orders have been confirmed, please make payment before the closing date for each batch of pre-order, if overdue, orders will automatically be delay to next batch. We will only submit your order after you had bank in to us.
5 - The buyers shall pay 100% of the purchase price and postage.
6 - After make payment, please inform us of your order number, name, total amount, and remittance date via payment notification.
7 - Due to the difference monitor setting, item's colour may slightly difference from actual product. We will describe it as clearly as possible. Kindly consider carefully before make an order.
8 - In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing or pictures. Vn's Boutique will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product.
9 - The risk of purchase is entirely borned by buyers, if you can't accept this, please don't buy in order to avoid any unpleasant incidents occurred.
10 - We only accept returning stock such as serious damage, big holes, and big part of stain that can’t wash. Exchange to the same item of stock is acceptable but buyer will responsible for the transport postage.
11 - Other issues such as small stains, thick or thin of the materials, colours not same with the picture, quality not good and size too big or small is NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
If you can't accept this terms and condition, please DON'T buy to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding. Please report to us within 24 hours after you received.
12 - Buyers may choose other items with same price to replace if out of stock.
Stock may not available (only will know when we place your order from supplier) and refund will be given. Please DON'T order if you can't accept this.
13 - For Pre Order, Stock will arrive around 1-2weeks after we submit the order (estimate only). For Ready Stock, it will arrive around 1-3 working days. Please DON'T order if you can't wait.
14 - Once ordered means you agree with the rules above and Vn's Boutique reserved the right to change it anytime.
Pre-Order Shoe Terms & Conditions
1 - Shoe sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
2 - In view of sizes discrepancies, if the size cannot fit, the best we can do it to help the buyer resell it.
We will only pay buyer once the shoe was purchased by another customer.
3 - We will include a detailed description of every item for the buyers to refer.
4 - Buyers is advise to purchase slightly bigger size than the normal size you wear.
5 - Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different with the picture posted; therefore, we will state the actual color of the item.
Please DO NOT place order if you cannot accept the difference.
6 - Out of stock might happened on pre-order item. Don’t worry, we will inform you and refund the full amount.
Please DO NOT place order if you are unable to wait for the shipment to arrive.
7 - Customer will need to bear the risk for all pre-order items. We will not hold responsible for complaint such as different color, not as nice as imagine, too small, too big, quality not as good as imagine, small stain, don’t like the color, the leather / skin is Pig Skin or not as I expected and etc.
8 - We only accept return if the shoes have more than 5cm stain, holes, wrong shoes sent by Vn's Boutique.
9 - We do not hold responsibility for broken heels when customer receive the item. We will check every pair of our shoe before deliver, if we find out the heels broken or sole came out, we will not send out the item.

Anyway,the most important is the shoe was in good condition and nice, box does not really matter right ;)
